Shipping Policy

Terms and Conditions:

Thank you for shopping at Happyearpillows.com!

- Orders are shipped from Michigan. All orders placed on a Friday and over the weekend will be processed on the following  business day.

- Any changes or cancellations must be made prior to shipment by email. Emails will responded within 24 hours.

- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. Customers must receive the merchandise and follow the  standard exchange instructions.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

USPS Standard Shipping:

- Please allow 4-5 business days for Standard US shipments. For Domestic PO Box addresses sent using USPS please  allow 5-7 business days.

UPS Express:

- Please allow 2-3 business days for Rush US shipments. If we are unable to ship within this time due to unavailable stock


Tracking Your Order:

- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a direct link to your tracking number.

- We currently do not accept Gift Cards, Store Credits, Personal Checks or Money Orders.

Billing Process:

-Your credit card will be charged once your order is prepared and processed.

- Please note that once the credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to  30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. We reserve the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.


Return Policy

NO return. Exchange only within 14 days of the receipt of your shipping

- Must be in original condition

- Must have the original packaging

- Any sale or promotional items are NOT returnable

How do I exchange?

- Refer to contact us page and fill out the required fields regarding the exchange.

- A return label will not be provided

- You are responsible for any packaging and shipping cost when shipping items back to us.

Are there any charges for return?

- You are only responsible for the charges of the return shipping in order to receive an exchange.

- There are no charges for an exchange ( shipping it back to you)

- Original shipping charges are NON- REFUNDABLE
